At Nitara Jewellery, we take immense pride in crafting timeless, high-quality pieces. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Return & Exchange Request Window – 36 Hours
You may request a return or exchange within 36 hours of receiving your order.
If 36 hours have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be raised within 36 hours of delivery (based on the courier’s tracking status).

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

The jewellery must be returned in the original packaging, including:

Jewellery box

Tags (if any)

Invoice or proof of purchase

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products purchased during sale, discount, or using coupon codes may not be eligible, unless defective or damaged.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges on the following:

Earrings, for hygiene reasons

Custom-made or engraved pieces

Items that are damaged after use

Returns requested after 36 hours of delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us Within 36 Hours

Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
Include the following details in your email:

Reason for return or exchange

Clear photos of the product (including packaging and tag)

Invoice or order confirmation
Step 2: Await Approval
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will:

Share return instructions

Provide the return shipping address

In some cases, schedule a pickup through our courier partners
Note: Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return.
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrectly delivered by us

Items must be returned using a reliable courier with tracking.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.
6. Exchange Process
If eligible for an exchange:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will:

Ship the replacement product (subject to availability) within 5–7 business days

If the replacement product is out of stock, you may opt for:

Store credit valid for 3 months

Exchange with a different product of equal or higher value

7. Refunds (If Applicable)
We do not offer direct refunds unless the item is defective or undeliverable. However:

In rare, approved cases, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
